The term “micro-lot” defines a rare coffee, a traceability and an ultimate quality!
With less than 50 bags of green coffee produced per year, it is much more than a local coffee or plantation, the micro-lot is from a parcel harvest.
These prizes are awarded by the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) with grades above 85/100.
